2. Accepting these terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

3. Products and images

Product images, renders and mockups on this website are for illustrative purposes only. The product you receive may differ in colour, shade, print placement, texture and minor design details. Specifications are given in good faith and may change as we improve our products.

4. Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The MRP shown is inclusive of all taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders

Your order confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is listed incorrectly or a payment looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order, we refund the full amount paid to your original payment method.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card or UPI details.

7. Shipping

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or give refunds for change of mind. Damaged, defective or wrong items are handled as set out in our Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Use our products in a way suited to your age, skill level and playing surface.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our grievance officer is Vansh Budhiraja, reachable at vanshcool714@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
