Where we ship
PROTOX ships across India from Jalandhar, Punjab. We do not ship outside India at the moment.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). During launches and sale periods, dispatch can take a little longer.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas and some PIN codes can take longer. Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners and are not guaranteed.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery, where offered, is available for eligible PIN codes and may carry an additional fee, shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send the tracking details to your email or phone number.
Address and delivery attempts
Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
Damaged parcels
If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.
