PROTOX does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, a wrong size selected at checkout, or products you no longer need. Please check the product details and size before you order.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email vanshcool714@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the product and the packaging
- an unboxing video, if you have one
Once we verify the issue, we will send you a replacement of the same product at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount you paid to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will refund to a bank account or UPI ID you share with us.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled by the customer once placed. If we are unable to fulfil your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Product images
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in colour, shade, print placement or finish between the images and the product you receive are not considered defects.
